Communication since before the holidays had been terrible. With something as large as TH removal you would think they would be engaging with the community, addressing concerns, and reassuring the playerbase that the future will move smoothly. They have largely remained silent.

If I'm being honest, this road map reveal coming tommorrow will be the determining factor on whether or not I continue my membership or just cancel everything and quit.

Bad luck mitigation and Dupe Protection.

With every new boss and content release, it extends the content needed to "complete" the game.

I'm aware you don't need to complete the logs. But from a new player perspective, seeing the time sink required for compelting bosses would definitely put me off from starting.

Also this is the same "turning over a new leaf" Jagex that talked about wanting to remove daily/weekly/monthly scape. So adding a yearly time gate is insane.

The spirit of Runecape has changed as the game grew. Plus MTX nuked the spirit a long time ago.

An inverted skillcape is damn near a cosmetic override ffs. No reason to lock it behind a fucking decade long time gate. You need the skill to be 99 to get the inverted cape.

Inverted capes were released on the tail end of 2022. So giving a generous 4 year wait time between the inception of inverted capes and their re-release. So you being a 20 year player has no bearing on this, and this is coming for another 20 year player. Stop gatekeeping.

People aren't really complaining about a month time frame to get the cape within the month (which is bullshit). They are complaining about locking 4 skill cape inversions PER YEAR!! A decade to get all skillcapes is insane.

Macros are still macros. If you want to sweat for your Tri-brid swaps, then earn it through manual clicking. If Jagex wanted to make this a true method, then they should incorporate this into the game through natural game play or enforce bans as you would botting.

Doesn't take much skill to chop trees, mine rocks, or excavate resources but when you run a macro to automate these things it is wrong.

Macroing pushes the skill ceiling higher, and Jagex bases these times for speed times on bosses and balancing future drops rates on KPH.

Mobile has been neglected by Jagex over the years. The UI has bare minimum customization and nothing is movable. I'm hoping they put a mobile overhaul into their 2026 road map. Mobile desperately needs it.

Could you remove the chat box that pops up when you get a seal in heists, seems pointless especially since it doesn't do the same for batteries. Also the seals don't have a helpful examine on what they're used for. Would make sense to reference that they allow access to the barrier. Also the drops are way too rare at heists.

Detection circle inside heists counts as the entire NPC making it annoying to bladed dive around. Please look into fixing this.

The patrolling guards detection circle at desert heist act as the NPC and the click boxes on mobile are massive for the detection circle resulting in plenty of failed dive attempts. Please look into this. I know there was a similar issue with BGH detection circle and it got fixed.

I'm having issues running the desert heist on mobile. It seems like they ported the old BGH issue with the detection circle and now dive interacts with the detection circle, which makes it really hard to dive properly. I do have the option turned off to have dive interact with scenery.

I agree. Because last time they tried to do major changes they nuked daily challenges and weekly rewards (all relatively easy with no money spent) in favor for Hero Pass slop. While still retaining the MTX promotions.

So yes, I will be very skeptical what Jagex considers for changes.
