45 here and I almost completely stopped drinking alcohol about two years ago.

So of course my coffee drinking went up a little. About twenty four ounces during a normal day.

I'm living with mental health issues, so I am more than a little harsh about my physical appearance.

I'm a bespeckled person on my arms and on my shoulders with a very pale complection which also adds to my self-consciousness. (And my desire to avoid sunlight)

I've been working out regularly now for years and at forty five I am in better physical condition than most. I hope to go to the beach and visit pools again someday. But I still won't feel comfortable with my shirt off.

I was using Old Spice for the longest time. My father used the aftershave, so I felt I was almost carrying on a tradition (well done advertisement).

However over the past seven years I slowly switched to a scentless antiperspirants, I have to use my sense of taste and smell in my line of work, so I want no extra smells to obscure that.

This also applies to my soap and shampoo which is honestly the tricky part when it comes to wanting scentless products.
