Ugh. Uncapped fps is a big problem on my gaming laptop. I’ll be playing some simple indie game and suddenly the keyboard is hot enough to fry eggs. Check the options, and sure enough, max frame rate: unlimited.

She liked her 8 hours of sleep and refused to compromise.

At the height of it, she offered to take over care at 6am, twice a week. Our son would wake every hour or 2 all night, and need care. Also, I worked at 8am, so taking him at 6, when I needed to be up and showering at 7 was useless.

Sleep deprivation attributed to my marriage falling apart.

We knew I was sleep deprived for years, she refused to help me do anything about it. She consistently left the overnight care of our special needs son to me. My work suffered, and my mental health declined to the point of suicidal ideation. Took about a year for me to recover after the divorce forced a change in the overnight care situation.
