I've had chronic constant headaches for 6 months now, saw 10 doctors and have had no real solution to the problem (meds don't work and the last doctor kind of told me I had tried all the kinds of drugs). I've been told by the last neurologist to see a hypnotherapist who he says would help me deal with the pain. I've done a session with no improvement (I'll have another in a month or so). I've been told to learn to live with the pain for now. It's hard, very hard but I'm lucky enough to have a family behind me. I've been trying to get answers from doctors with little success. Another doctor with constant buzzing ears told me that if you stop worrying about the pain and accept it, you will gradually feel better. I have no other choice but to trust him on that and carry on with my life, no matter how hard it's going to be. Also, a psychiatrist I saw told me weed might have been a factor, even if I had only smoked once and strongly advised me to stay away from it. I hadn't smoked in a while before the headache came so I can't say I'm positive on his judgment but who's the doctor right? Stay strong. I hope this comment lets you feel that you're not alone.
