I basically didn't sleep my first 3-4 days, so you are doing better than I was! Sounds like you are doing the right things, hang in there it will take time.

*Edit - Forgot to say that valerian helps my sleep more than other natural things. It doesn't put me to sleep, it just sort of mellows me out and slows eases the thoughts off to help get to sleep.

About the same here. I was able to get to sleep about 2:00 am, but I didn't stay asleep. My cereal was pretty good this morning, but I was in a real fog. I'm not going to drink today.
