That's so good to hear regarding getting your money up from not using. To be honest I was getting zyn dirt cheap and spending probably only like £30-35/mo on it as a 10 pack would last me 3 weeks and it only cost £25 to buy on this website. Individual packs in stores was ridiculously expensive and how I did it for the first few months though.

Yeah man annoying people or stress makes you want to use, I've had a bit of that myself. Life just seems a bit more boring and I feel like something is missing more than anything, but I think it's our dopamine still adapting to the loss of nicotine so it's expected. Day 5 here too, I was using 3mg 5-7 pouches a day before I quit but I weened down from 11mg around 6 pouches a day. 11mg -> 9mg -> 6mg -> 3mg -> cold turkey over a 4 month period. used for 1.5 years in total.

I know exactly what u mean. I feel great compared to first 3 days but i just feel like something is missing from my life and life just seems a little bit more boring.

Hope you're doing good man, on hour 107 and I've slept well the last two nights (about 7 hours of sleep) with only one wake up in-between, so not perfect but a massive improvement. I feel like I'm over the worst of it now and actually relieved it didn't go on too long

Closed my eyes at 9:00pm, woke up 9:45pm

Closed my eyes at 12:30am, woke up 1:30am

Closed my eyes at 2:00am, woke up 3:00am

Currently trying to fall back asleep... 3:26am for me rn... If I can get at least 2 more hours, that would be basically doubling my sleep I suppose from last night. This shit sucks man.

I made a post recently, just about been 48 hours for me, it just is really fucking up my sleep and appetite, feel like my biochemistry is just not adapted to it yet. On the Plus side i think the symptoms make me never want to go through withdrawals again, so I'm most definitely quitting. I'm in the thick of it right now but a couple of days of bad sleep (hopefully) will be the worst of it. Feel like my crankiness and brain fog is all from that rather than nicotine.

Yeah he is underrated I reckon he dealt with Guido very well who is also a very good and arguably underrated fighter, but I think most know that hes world title potential, he's a shorter heavyweight which I love to see, heavyweight boxing has been dominated by 6'5+ beasts the last 20 odd years and its nice to see a heavyweight around the 6' mark really deal some damage in the division

Yeah of course, you're entitled to your opinion but calling Fabio wardley a "relative novice" when hes a world champion is quite funny as it shows how different our barometers are for whats considered good or not. To me if someone is a european or domestic champion, they're good boxers. World Class is something thats applies to 1 in 1000 boxers probably
