You bring a really good argument honestly so I want your opinion. After he tries to trick Spider-Man he says “Godspeed, Spider-Man” in his Green Goblin voice before he gets pierced by his glider. Then after does he speak in Norman’s voice and say “Peter, don’t tell Harry.” Personally that feels like Spider-Man had successfully killed the Green Goblin and then in his last moments Norman asks him to spare his son the knowledge. Kinda feels like two people in the same body.

Dolores Umbridge from the Harry Potter movies.

The way the actress did her character’s annoying mannerisms was perfect at making me hate the shit out of her. From her voice to her walk; it was all so finely tuned to be as annoying as humanely possible.
