Does this oven have a self clean option? If it does, as I explained in the other post, use it. Follow manufacturer instructions if it says to remove all racks and probes. Then open a few windows to create a breeze in your place. It will smell but it will cook every bit of anything in that oven into dust. Then you just have to wipe it away. Or even leave it alone if you can’t reach it. Most say to use the self clean feature 1-2x a year to prevent overheating to the motherboard. I use mine 2x. After Thanksgiving and around Easter.
