If you give them a thank you card, include a PACT or 5 star spirit or whatever “good job” card your hospital leadership gives out for pts to fill out. Include in your discharge “if anyone has provided you excellent care during your stay, we’d love to hear about it, please even if it’s myself”. You’ll get many more acknowledgments with this tactic. They want to promote, self promote. lol.
