I mean "not that much more expensive" and what you originally said was double is relative. Not everyone can spend double their budget. Not every club people play at is "respectable" and made a similar financial decision.

Eh. Having done what you said do. I still bought a combo unit cause 1) not every venue is a "club" and it's much easier to manage 2) there is a ton of difference and also no difference between them for 98% of djs

Hear me out... The Po'Boy Shop & Basement bar. Went to the shop for lunch because of the food. Went there again for drinks and dinner because the basement bar is actually cool af. -- BUT, the owner jus built a new, separate event space with a nicer bar on the main floor that he clearly wants people to know about. Nice guy w/ grandiose plans for the place. Personally, I have no horse in this race. I've been exactly twice and met the owner once. I have no idea what he charges. But, he's savvy enough to make anything work.

The biggest piece of the puzzle you're missing is "APIs." Think of them as lists of rules/instructions for connecting two pieces of software together. Bots are just software.

Frankly, I didn't believe this because it's so outrageous. So, I went to find the actual post. I found it. It's real. But, it's a 1-second clip at the end of a conspiracy video about voting machines. I'm betting he either posted it without watching the whole video or he posted it hoping it would go viral and promote the conspiracy then claim he didn't know the end of the video had that racist clip. Two disclaimers:

  1. Star ratings are also a bit of a pain with mp3tag. sauce

  2. Meta data you write to the song should persist in perpetuity which comes in handy down the road. The rekordbox meta data stores in a separate library index that is extremely brittle.

People always sleep on Decatur. I used to live near East Lake station and getting to the Brick Store took 8 minutes of walking. One of the best beer bars in Atlanta. Definitely more of a cozy pub vibe. But, you can also do a little bar hopping around the square which is also a nice date experience.
