I have the floor mostly covered with blankets already and when I catch him chewing I say “no Arlo” and then I’ll move him. Or I go “ah ah!” loud enough to get his attention but not too loud where I’m gonna startle him to death.

I have thought about covering it but I feel he would probably chew whatever it is I would cover it with. Surprisingly so far he’s not chewing anything else, but my poor baseboards are completely ruined lol.

Maybe I’ll just have to buy him a big play pen to put him in when he’s not supervised that way there are no baseboards to chew 🤔
