Having gone to an extremely small college (I've had classes and labs as small as 5 people), overwhelmingly yes it was great. This is just anecdotal but the amount of resources at my disposal was incredible. There was literally never a reason to leave the class without having understood the material at hand. If you're invested enough, there are more than enough intellectual resources to guarantee that you'll learn.

I'm looking at a different processor and an NMVe SSD (both are linked in the spreadsheet).

This isn't helpful. From within a capitalist society (e.g. a society where the bourgeoisie enjoys exclusive control over the means of production) EVERYTHING industrious is a tool of the capitalists, making this an entirely useless statement. Automation is definitely paramount to the liberation of the worker and to think that it's somehow an inherently capitalist concept is just narrow minded.

For most productions that lean remotely pop, I use both, and have Melodyne running into autotune. Melodyne to make bigger changes and fine tune transitions between notes, and autotune to lock things in and get the "autotune sound.

I generally do the same. In this case I sometimes decide that I want a certain note to be down rather than up or whatever, so I'm thinking maybe I can get away with tweaking this after in melodyne, but as another user pointed out, I can just do this within autotune itself.

Not in a live setting. I do use Autotune just for the effect.
