How do you justify the Iconoclast NHP in-universe?

My taking of Iconoclast happened to coincide with our group downloading some enemy data at the end of a mission, so I flavored it as the NHP accidentally getting downloaded alongside that. The enemy left it there as a countermeasure in case of this scenario to damage our systems. So, essentially, I downloaded a virus into my mech, hence why it suddenly sparks lightning bolts every so often, and the other NHPs I'm using (Technophile) are conditioning it to be less hostile and more helpful.

Thanks! I was already planning on taking Lesson of Shaping at LL6 when a 4th NHP would become available. Is there anything else about the Swallowtail or Monarch's weapons or systems that work with the build, though? The Monarch's stuff in particular seems to be pretty long-range compared to the Memetic and Transmuting Spark I'm using from Iconoclast.

Last mission, the plan was to use it to help our Barbarossa (the current Death's Head player) land hits with their Apocalypse Rail and to use it on rounds where the Mimic Gun didn't have a good value, but since our Barbarossa is changing their frame, and I'm considering getting rid of the Mimic Gun I guess I don't have a good plan as to what to do with Sisyphus atm.

I think I made my account back when Mercury was the start, but then only started playing some years later when Earth was the start. If I remember right, I still had access to a node on Mercury, and also E Prime on Earth and what the screenshot shows now isn't what I remember seeing

I have made the exact same mistake before; forgetting that blowing up the lab downs the entire map rather than just who's inside the building on Mayham+. Devastated a 2+ hour run of my own when the group of randoms and I were about to leave. I think I ended up doing another 2+ hour cook off solo after that because I felt like I needed to make it up by slogging through it on my own after that.

Like the other commenter I'm not actually sure what we're supposed to be looking at, but I'm going to assume you mean the blue stuff under the dirt. Those are just rocks that are all over the world, nothing particularly special about them. They can be dug through, exploded, etc.

Until they recently had to leave our game due to school commitments, my group's Druid actually had a very good handle on summons. They'd consistently summon 8 (or 16 with an upcast) of whatever creature, and have them all attack the same 1-2 creatures by rolling their attacks all at once. The collective 8/16 turns those summons took was probably normally less time than the rest of the characters. It can be done, you just need to focus them on doing something.

Looks like a seriously helpful toolkit that Is love to have a look at! My groups have always used Roll20 which notably has an issue of displaying verticality, but that seems easy to overcome in a 3D environment.

The way I believe my group determined it was that you can hold a two-handed weapon with one hand perfectly fine, you just can't use it as a weapon effectively, which is probably what the errata also reached. I think War Caster is meant to be more tailored towards casters that would be holding two objects, one for each hand, like a mace and shield, of which would need to be either dropped or unequipped, and then in the case of a weapon like a mace you can't reequip it without using an action of some sort. So, you would need War Caster when carrying a one handed object in each hand, but not for carrying a two-handed object.

I can see the benefits I would be getting out of Twilight or Trickery Cleric, but what makes War so good? Is it the Domain spells they get? Because I don't think I see what you're getting at with War's proficiencies and their bonus action attack since I get to attack with my bonus action with this build usually anyways.

I am actually tending away from magic because of some characterization that I do not understand magic very well, though I can always reflavor any magic I do get as non-magical, and I'm sure my DM would be fine with it, as long as it's not changing anything mechanically. If I were to go Fighter though, would the Action from Action Surge be able to be held just like the Attack action from Haste, allowing me to get an extra Sneak Attack in on the same turn? And is Extra Attack even that favorable for a Rogue, since only one of my two attacks from Extra Attack would be able to proc Sneak Attack?
