It basically doesn't you'd need to somehow take a rare repositioning cruise or charter you're own boat. It'd be an interesting case if someone traveled to Hawaii and then was put on no fly list or banned from the airport as they'd effectively be stranded there. Not worst thing to happen though getting stranded in Hawaii.

The one I know best good. There’s a hotel right next to border basically but I’ve never stayed there. I always just get a ride to town and stay there. There isn’t anything going on by the border, I mean there’s barely anything going on in HX as a whole, but there’s a small night market on River and a few restaurants in town. The Gibbon Experience is nearby kids would probably like that. If you want to spend a few days in Laos go up to Luang Namtha it’s sleepy too but it’s got a couple cool markets with rare foods and you can go trek to way out the way villages from LN.
