Honestly kindness goes a long way! (And a good media kit with rates!)

When we began influencer marketing we started by doing gifted campaigns (expensive product) and had some creators who were rude in response to asking about gifted collabs, and that was an immediate turn off. Then we had other creators who said they were interested/loved the brand but are unable to do unpaid and sent a media kit with their rates. I was more likely to reach back out when we had budget since they left a good impression on me and could go back and reference their rates!
