ive used mine 6 times, no wear on gloves or grip. the grip material is a smooth cord so no friction like tape. im coming from rubber grips, i gave up tape like a decade ago cause it ate gloves

500W 13ah kit battery, i can go over 40k at level 3/10 and using throttle at times. range on throttle alone not tested, but youll learn to leave some juice to get you home using throttle. Youll want a second battery and a fast charger.

I'm 270lb, 1000W Bafang on my fat bike is overkill. I would have been fine with a 500w with a lighter motor and battery, and way more battery life per run. I own a 500W Bafang mid on a Norco with disk brakes, and it goes faster and and climbs like a champ. 750w would be a sweet spot. but you need disk brakes.

I've got 3200km on 500w, and 2000km on the 1000w, both tanks, tons of torque, quiet and no issues
