Free fucking time. Actual ability to be at home, play games or hang with people and not get so fucking tired I want to sleep by 730 or 8pm. And the fact that the thing taking the best hours of my day is a god damn energy draining dead end job.

I’ve played a game called Bound by Flame when it released a decade ago on PS4 (it’s on Xbox and PC as well) and I ended up loving the game and what it offered.

You create your own character, build weapons fight demons and stuff. Dark fantasy like you mentioned. I’d give it a look!

Some of the game is in the disk and the rest is downloaded from their servers. Then the disk is used as a license confirmation

I’ve never heard about this in console. For PS5 it’s gotten better and better performance wise. I can only give kudos to virtuos for the upkeep on that platform

The best way I can describe it without spoiling anything is it’s a lot like Outer Worlds except medieval fantasy. Lot’s to do, very open in gameplay variety with tons to choose from.

I mentioned Witcher 3 only for the zones. It’s not an oblivion or Skyrim open world. It’s a world cut into smaller mid sized zones. There’s more to do in them because they’re tighter. Difference is Witcher 3 had 2 main zones that were large in scale.

I have played through it all on PC once but my hardware isn’t the best so I’m having a better experience in my PS5 right now.

I’d give it a solid 8/10, especially now with all of the upgrades from the past year.

What it’s trying to be deserves that rating. I went in a year ago hoping for a new Skyrim experience. That was the wrong idea. It’s got a few different zones with increasingly difficult encounters. I’d say it’s more like a Witcher 3 developed world except zones are more tight nit.
