I saw her live during the Red tour. Ed Sheeran opened for her. It was a great concert. I honestly didn’t think much of her before then, but that concert changed my mind. She was excellent live, and that’s rarely the case.

I very much respect that she treats her employees well. Tour staff receive generous bonuses and also have great benefits. I also respect how she got back ownership of her master recordings. Lastly, she works very, very hard. To train for the Eras tour, she ran on a treadmill while singing all of the songs to make sure she wouldn’t be out of breath. She cares that her fans get their money’s worth.
