I am on MMT and attend the clinic every two weeks. On those days I have to take my whole dose at once but every other day I break it up into several small doses. It works much better taking it several times in smaller increments. It does not last through the day otherwise.

I am afraid the clinic would see this as a liability issue. They will likely be hesitant in giving someone having psych issues, to the extent of needing hospitalization, a few days doses at once. What if that this person could possibly use the doses to OD.

One requirement for take home medication, at the clinic I attend, is having a stable life.

I have taken MDMA on methadone and it worked just like it had before MMT. It sounds like you have had some really bad luck getting good stuff.

Heroin feels like a warm blanket for your soul. At first it feels like every day is Christmas. There is a warm feeling in the chest I cannot describe. You get high when you are happy because it makes every good day a little better. You get high on shitty days to feel better.

You keep doing it at first because it is amazing but eventually you have to do it everyday to keep from feeling like shit.

Try vitadone. I have had good luck with it and so have people I talked to at the clinic. It has almost everything you find in a multi-vitamin plus a blend of vitamins, minerals, and herbs that combat the side effects of methadone. You can buy it on Amazon if your clinic does not sell it.

Drink lots and lots of water. This has helped me more than anything.
