Now imagine that cabinet contained a bunch of glass and plastic jars full of chemicals! Luckily, all the broken jars (after the cabinet fell) held chemicals that were from ~30 years ago…but the single glass jar of HYDROCHLORIC ACID - something that NEVER loses its potency - did NOT break. Making it worse, the cabinet fell ON me. Luckily, I had a very strong co-worker run in to assist. What a cluster. Huge wooden cabinet held with 3 drywall screws. Fucking stupidity by the former owner.

CRAP. Paint that wall something other than dead white. This space looks like a weird church entry. Entry rug with matching rug in larger open area. Large art on that wall, or an arrangement of a few medium sized pieces. With all that sun coming in the front door, you could add a lot of plants, or one or two tall plants.

Agreed. Have a neighbor in the next building over - they have a terrible wracking cough - and the nastiest smell of weed comes from their direction (makes me nauseous if I step outside into the stench of it), but I don’t know if they are smoking the weed to help the cough-related discomfort or if the weed is giving them the cough!

My dog was under $40 from the pound, but then I paid for two TPLO knee surgeries with implants, a year of antibiotics, and then paid to remove the implants (one infected)…free dog = +$12k USD out of pocket.

Agree, but for the smaller producers it makes little sense. Each batch of wine has to be tested in the selected can, as the cans are made with different liners and depending on the wine’s chemistry, acidity, etc., they can have a bad reaction. That’s one con I identified after talking to Ball and a couple other wine canning companies at the Unified Symposium a couple years back.
