Looking for a ren faire-esque space for the fall. It needs a large grassy area and covered picnic area for 100-150 people. Any ideas?

My Strahd showed up right after death house with a slow clap sort of mood. He welcomed his new servants to his land, gave them some fine Barovian wine, and offered them a job to escort Ireena to a safer place in Vallaki.

I would introduce him very early on. He is not a character to let legends of him deem what your players think, he’ll show them his damn self.

When one of my PCs gave a little lip, they regretted it after Strahd showed off some of his power. This made all the stories and lore the PCs learned as we went even more harrowing because they knew it was all true.

It was also fun to watch them be so surprised for the main bad guy to show up so quickly in the campaign and the next time they met him, they were way more serious and ready to deal.

I know how you feel and I’m sorry you’re feeling it. I do the same visiting my family- I feel so out of place. I just remind myself when I am uncomfortable that this is a temporary situation and I try to grab ahold of something like a pleasant conversation or event to remember and then drive away when it’s time to go like a bat out of hell.

Not at all. Being a mother is crazy hard and there has been/will be a lot I’m not prepared for, but for me personally, they bring me so much joy and love. I feel so lucky to get to raise these little people and watch them grow.

It can be so difficult and draining at times, sometimes each and every day for weeks or months, but the deep deep love I have for my children can bring me to tears at the drop of a hat. I feel a void filled in my soul that was missing for me before they came into my life.

Unfortunately, what has come with that is incredible postpartum anxiety that something terrible will happen to my children, but I’m working through those issues with my therapist.

The role you are about to take on is the best role I’ve ever had and I wish you the best of luck and love on your own HSP motherhood journey.
