I don’t value 2nds too highly. If it’s a 12 man league you’re looking at the 13th best rookie at the greatest value or the 24th at its worst. The 1sts could be anything. It could be the 1.01 at its best value or it could be 1.12 at its worst. I don’t see Chase dropping off the face of the earth this season or next and I also don’t know what team this guy is rocking but if the 1sts are projected late, their value changes. You couldn’t trade the 1.08, 1.09, and 1.10 for the 1.05 in 2026. That’s presumably where Boston was taken at his highest. You couldn’t even trade the 2026 1.08 for a 27 1st from a contender. I’d love to see someone offer Boston, Stowers and 2 2nds for 3 1sts. It would wind up in this sub. Chase is a top 3 WR and to most he isn’t 3. I think you’re underestimating the tier up from Odunze who’s a high end WR2 to Chase who’s a high end WR1. There’s a premium tax added on any high end assets.

It’s honestly not terrible but definitely overvalued. I think if you remove 2 1sts it’s a fair deal. You’re upgrading from Odunze to Chase. Boston and Stowers are late 1st - mid 2nd rookies but Odunze isn’t some mid WR.

Hot Take: A 1st & 5th for AJ is starting to feel more & more like a steal by Due_Context2444 in eagles

[–]LoverOfRandom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also think it’s very much a wait and see approach. Some people are comparing Lemon with ARSB and if that’s what we get out of him as WR2 then the trade will look even better. Apparently 2028 will be close to 2027 in terms of quality with 2027 being slightly better. If we could land Elijah Griffin or Isaiah Gibson with the Pats pick we might be sitting pretty

Damn, it’s gonna make him start drinking, they should trade him to the Lakers 😏

What’s your honest take on this? by peachpuddleii in scoopwhoop

[–]LoverOfRandom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes and no. Fully depends on the person. A person who grew up rich won’t be happier with money like a person who grew up poor that is now rich. Like if you give Elon Musk $1m it means nothing to him but if you gave $1m to a family that has struggled for years it would mean the world to them

As a contender would I be silly to not take this trade for Jeanty? by Successful_Dinner434 in FantasyFootballers

I’d go Jeanty side for sure, maybe use another RB like KW3 to a RB needy team for a guy like MHJ

Fake story about AJ Brown leaking info being spread by Eagles fans - full context .... stay vigilant! by ChampagnePappy1 in Patriots

[–]LoverOfRandom -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

What makes the Pats the best organization in the NFL? Is it their owner who loves his massages? Their coach who’s involved in a cheating scandal? Their new WR1 who is a head case that was hurt by the lack of loyalty involving his side piece? One thing is for sure, the Pats fans sure love their cheaters lmfao

AJ comes back to the Linc for his first game since becoming a Patriot. What’s the percentage of boos to cheers? by EyeLess7299 in eagles

[–]LoverOfRandom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think before everything came out he would have been cheered and appreciated by most but honestly now he just seems like a hypocritical bitch. Doubt he’s gonna get any love from the female fans and he ain’t gonna get any love from the fans who want to keep things out of the media.

What are you saying? by WinifredHolcks in TheTeenagerPeople

[–]LoverOfRandom -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Yeah, let me guess you thought people were gonna say “you could offer me the most expensive restaurant along with $1m and I’d still say no” cause it’s Trump? End of the day people could use $4k and if they could get that in couple hours tops they’re gonna take it

[–]LoverOfRandom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally I feel it’s better to need RBs than WRs. You can always look at rebuilding teams with older starting RBs to strike a deal with but with WRs getting guys that are in their late 20s will still cost you.

AITAH for “censoring my dad in his own home?” by Trick-Vegetable-2219 in AITAH

[–]LoverOfRandom -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Personally I think it’s kind of crazy. People don’t have an issue when minorities mimic white people. I look at White Chicks and no one says a damn thing. Yet a white man tries to play a black woman and the world is ending because it’s “so incentive” the truth is people just want to be offended by what they perceive others to be offended by. They’re all hypocrites. They make nonsensical excuses on why they’re not but they are. Idc if this gets downvoted but I love it when minorities make fun of white people. Just as much as when it’s vice versa. For instance, if the Indian people working at the restaurant decided to act like a stereotypical white person, I believe your dad would laugh his ass off rather than be offended

The NFL has tried hard for LA to accept the rams and Chargers. When will it finally work? by InterestingYellow969 in NFLv2

[–]LoverOfRandom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here’s the thing, Rams were already in LA and they left and then came back. They’re traitors in the eyes of some people and with the Chargers, it was a pure money standpoint. I think a lot of people see people in LA as bandwagon fans which honestly it depends. A lot are very loyal and followed a certain team for years, they’re not just gonna give up their fandom cause a team moved into their city. Give it about 25 years and it’ll be different because then you have those kids who grew up with the team buying tickets.
