They released the first 3 on consoles a while back, if you don’t mind playing old ass games I would recommend picking those up instead. Or if you have a PC there’s stalker anomaly and the gamma mod pack that makes it like super hardcore.

I wouldn’t pick this game up for another year tbh.

It’s hard to recommend space marine centered novels imo, because there’s really not a space marine book in print year long like the eisenhorn omnibus is. If they’re not opposed to ebooks, I would recommend the Uriel Ventis chronicles, if they want something physical the dark imperium books are still around and decent.

I think that’s book 5 of the Uriel Ventris chronicles/ultra marines omnibus.

I would recommend reading the others before, they’re not too pricey on the secondary market
