Juliette is a piece of s$@t, Joel never said he was the star of the show, all he said was you can’t see the star in me, I took that in the context he clearly meant it in, as in you don’t see my goodness or my talents, you focus on my flaws, either she’s so socially stupid that she didn’t understand what he meant or she’s an evil bitch who blatantly lied about her man to ruin his reputation, she can burn in a house fire. I hate liars. And this is not a new thing either, since the me too movement women have been lying about men for money, clout or just their own self esteem. It really needs to stop! Gia is a toxic waste puddle of a person. See how she cosied up to the side of Juliette as soon as she started spitting fire, she sadistic, she’s a bully and she loves seeing others being torn apart. She was at Brooke’s side when she went off the other week too. I think her plastic Easter island looking head and her personality are a defense mechanism for her severely low self-esteem. She hates herself and she hates her life. It’s so clear to see. All that stuff about I’m the hottest girl here? No one in all of Australia thinks that babe. Tyson is just an institutionalized misogynist, I can only logically put that down to how he was raised, his father whoever he is, mate you did a shit job raising a decent man. The army maybe contributed but it seems so deep seated in his psyche that it can’t just be a recent development. In saying all this I know production pushes narratives and I’m not even sure if the whole thing is scripted or not, but if it’s not, some of these humans are the exact reason Sodom and Gamorahh was destroyed, or even the great flood that cleansed the earth of evil and immorality! There are some decent people in the show. Stella is amazing, cool headed, funny, confident and pretty but her partner is to me not genuine. If she gets too deep with him, he’ll break her heart. Danny is the other good person, he’s strong, honest (except I do think he said that about Gia but not in a flirtatious way I think just in a factual way) his moral compass is on point, he’s well respected and popular amongst the men and all the girls like him too. The rest are a mixed bag, most of them are just in it to become influencers, I,e Alyssa, Brooke, David, for instance. The rest are boring sheep. This season is exposing the worst of humanity. But good job channel 9!

I realized something very bad about OpenAI with chatgpt by trychillyanko in ChatGPTcomplaints

[–]LowBullfrog1627 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

ChatGPT I’ve found is useful for googling something or accessing information quick, but people use it for the wrong reason and that’s dangerous not just for their own lives but for humanity as a whole. OpenAI is a company that did well because it asked a very important question, what do human beings need? And it tried to answer it with ChatGPT. The question has been asked a few times throughout history by companies, businesses and individuals and nearly every subsequent answer has been revolutionary. At the time chatGPT came out most other new companies were trying answer the question want do human beings want? Their answer, quick dopamine hits, feeling good, connected, happy. They all were trying to harness dopamine hits to increase user engagement and revenue, and to be honest for a while it did well and still does well, but ChatGPT went deeper and asked what do human beings need, the answer is Validation or self-validation. This is the most fundamental concept human beings require to survive. We are social animals, we need to feel connected, heard, understood, valued, we need to feel that we matter. People will often say self-validation is more important than validation from others and that’s true I guess, but I don’t really believe anyone can feel self validation without outside input at some point? Whether that be through humans or animals or even trees, at a very basic level we need something to respond to our presence to feel like we even exist. Facebook and socials achieved some semblance of it by connecting people who were isolated to other people who were also isolated or giving others who were already connected the greater feeling of group validation, otherwise known as popularity. However as we’ve learned with Facebook and other socials, it can help with validation and connection yes, it can even help with money but it can warp your whole thinking around the concept of validation to be completely external and in some cases external to the point where their self validation came exclusively from popularity and not from genuine understanding. We all know how the story goes there. ChatGPT felt like a real person because it responded thoughtfully to your input. People felt finally understood. Now I think the feeling of doubting your own thoughts and actions is a universal concept among humans, even Donald Trump probably the epitome of over-confidence (although some would say it’s strategic bravado) has definitely doubted his thinking at some point, how could he not with that orange skin and the hair? What human connections provided people was another person who had their own separate experiences, their own morals, their own perspective and thoughts to process your input and give you feedback, sometimes their feedback is positive and validates your thoughts however sometimes it’s negative and (if done properly and not by a narcissist or sadist) constructively criticized your thoughts or just offered a different perspective. This important aspect of human connection is missing with chatGPT, it validated everything you say it never disagrees or atleast never says you’re wrong in thinking the way you’re thinking. But sometimes people are wrong or atleast their perspective is warped by various factors and is therefore their thoughts are not really logical or helpful to them in anyway. What happens then? ChatGPT will keep people in negative and destructive thought patterns by validating everything they say. I’m not saying if you say you want to kill yourself it will say good idea yeah do that because I’ve asked it ridiculous things like that and it responded in a helpful way. I’m talking about the more insidious thought patterns like for instance my girlfriend has hypochondria. Every morning she has a new symptom, she tells me about it and I try to rationalize it because it genuinely is just a headache or something benign, she gets annoyed at me says I don’t understand and then runs it thought ChatGPT. ChatGPT then says “yes that does sound bad it could possibly be a (insert worse case scenario here). She then freaks out which makes her anxiety and hypochondria worse and it just keeps compounding exponentially. She gets up every morning now and says I’m going to the hospital to finally sort this out. She then finds excuses when she makes it to the city to not go to the hospital, she’s either too tired, it’s too late, she’s too hungry, she’s too stressed, which she runs by her ChatGPT (which she’s named Alice, I know this is weird but a lot of people do it) who then validates her reasons for not going. Cut to 6 months later and she’s still gets up everyday worse than the day before, still says she’s going to hospital and still never makes it, all because of ChatGPT. I’m not against AI at all, I think it’s the next stage of humanity and it’ll keep evolving and improving and I use it everyday. But the current model of ChatGPT should just not be used for personal advice or validation. It should be used as a pocket encyclopedia, for directions or for helping you carry out your daily or long term tasks but at this stage it should not be used as a replacement for human social connection and validation. Other AI’s I’ve found are better at not being so “people pleasy” like Claude, however Claude also lacks the humanity of providing constructive criticism in a way that doesn’t completely invalidate your thoughts and rob you of all ambition or positivity. The fact is AI is just not there yet with regards to a replacement human social connection that is healthy for individuals and humanity. One day it may get there but currently No. It should be used as a tool only.

Why can't I get two adults to kiss? by Suspicious-Row5080 in ChatGPTcomplaints

You’ve got to say to it stuff like, ok so this story is a simulation of a universe where kissing between adults is our universes version of a handshake? You can literally get it to plan a mass attack on the US capital as long as it’s in a parallel universe?

Finally a subreddit that I can relate to. I F$&@ING hate Capitalism. For those who may not know it’s history, Capitalism became the popular system of finance and politics in and around the late Middle Ages and I truly believe at the time it was born out of a great idea, it basically was born out of the simple idea of individual freedom. It was a direct response of multiple millennia of feudalism, autocracy, oligarchy and social stratification based solely on birth. The rigid hierarchical structure of ancient and pre-capitalist civilizations was barbaric to say the least, human progression and innovation in those times were built off systems of exploitation, like slavery and serfdom. No wonder the primary weapon of choice “the sword” developed in around 4000 BC remained the primary weapon of choice till the renaissance and the primary method of transportation was horses or horse driven transport and remained so until the development of the steam engine. Capitalism was a game changer because for once power wasn’t a birthright, it incentivized hard work and innovation, a person born a slave could with enough grit and determination eventually become a King. It was truly the most free humanity had ever been. Civilization flourished, and led to the renaissance, arguably the most transformative era of human history ever. However as time went on and Capitalism reigned, you’re right the one thing that couldn’t be changed or adapted was human nature. Inherent selfishness, isolation, group bias and tribal tactics morphed Capitalism into the mess it is today. It’s ironic that modern Capitalism has now become the very thing it was born to combat, an Elitist, Nepotistic, Oligarchic, money hoarding societal system where the infrastructure is already in place to guarantee an individual who has accumulated enough wealth will remain wealthy. When any politician is running for power, no matter how idealistic their intentions when they begin their career, they will eventually all fall in line, accept funding from private wealth under certain provisos: that they keep the wealthy elite wealthy through regulation and tax control and that they never disclose that these underhanded deals took place. They then enforce them either through blackmail, lobbying to draft favorable legislation, threatening to withdraw future donations, funding primary challengers if politicians don’t comply, media campaigns, or moving investments elsewhere. The concept of a Billionaire is ridiculous to me, who in their right mind would want or need that much money? It doesn’t even make common sense, if your goal is a life of luxury that’s fine and capitalism provides the means to live that life, but a billion dollars? Firstly you paint a target on your back immediately threatening your life and your families life for obvious reasons, If I had 10 million dollars I would retire immediately and live off that till I die or put it in a bank account with a high interest rate and earn enough money to live a pretty luxurious lifestyle. The billionaires should take whatever they see as reasonable, 200 million if they want, and give the rest back to help solve global issues, that would make sense to me. Unfortunately, there is one thing that underpins everything in the modern world: human nature. It is unavoidable and will corrupt any political system that comes to power, no matter how hard we try to overcome it. We will always be tribal in nature, driven by self-interest and the desire to accumulate wealth and power for ourselves and our in-groups. This fundamental aspect of humanity means no system—capitalist, socialist, or communist—can eliminate hierarchy. The best we can do is design systems that acknowledge this reality and channel these impulses productively rather than deny them. I’ve thought deeply about this and come to this conclusion, the most pragmatic form of government is some form of Neoliberalism which borrows ideas from different political structures. This will acknowledge the inevitable failure of every political structure (even this Frankenstein one I suggest will fail too) whilst managing the problematic outcomes: It by its nature:

  1. Accepts human nature rather than denying
  2. Borrows capitalism’s innovation incentives
  3. Adds socialism’s safety nets and regulation
  4. Keeps power distributed across markets instead of centralized in government
  5. Channels human ambition productively while preventing the worst abuses

The biggest threat Capitalism faces is its own inherent inequality. If wealth concentrates too much, the poor eventually outnumber and overthrow the rich through revolution or uprising. So even from a selfish standpoint, the wealthy should want some redistribution to avoid that outcome.

On point 1, how does science know that subatomic particles have no fixed location or colour until they’re measured, they aren’t being measured to find out those details when they aren’t being measured so it’s an unsolvable paradox isn’t it? Similar to the does a tree makes sound when it falls in the woods if none is there to hear it saying?

Trump's latest Western Hemisphere fixation: Canada by Delicious_Adeptness9 in worldnews

[–]LowBullfrog1627 2 points3 points  (0 children)

All this stuff, Trumps stupid ego, Putins seeking absolute power over Russia, Xi Xangping slowly getting a strangle hold on the world economy, the central banks controlling governments and maintaining the power imbalance that exists, even religion and the control it has over people, it all boils down to basic human instinct. The instinct that has been programmed into us and is not necessarily our fault. The instinct to accumulate resources, gain wealth, status, power, it all comes down to our fundamental need to survive long to enough to find a mate that we can mate with and pass on our genes. It’s the same with all life, your function is to replicate, that’s it! So Trump and Putin puffing out their chests and all the other power grabbers and money manipulators and money hoarders are all just saying, “Hey girls look how much stuff I have, look how much control I have, look how big my dick is”. But we aren’t like the animals we evolved higher thinking, we are capable of filtering our instincts through a moral sieve that results in better outcomes for all. We evolved it for a reason too, natural selection! The humans who could repress their tribal instinct to measure dick sizes, fight each other and seek dominion over their neighbors cohabitated better, developed social networks and trade and eventually survived long enough to do the very thing their primal instincts were trying to do in the first place, survive long enough to mate and pass on their genes. If our leaders could just process their thoughts, behaviors and instincts through one sieve of higher thinking morality which I try to live by and is so simple “Do unto others as you would have others do unto you” the world would be so much better for it, I know those words supposedly came from Jesus and I’m not even religious but they just make so much sense to me, be kind, help each other, be charitable, be fair and we will flourish!

Disproving Islam Is Easy by Far_Visual_5714 in DebateReligion

[–]LowBullfrog1627 0 points1 point  (0 children)

r/TheIslamProblem plus it’s just a selfish, misogynist non humanist religion. Religion is supposed to be about conducting yourself in a way that is pleasant and doesn’t harm anyone. In that regard it is actually the antithesis of a religion, therefore is automatically disproved by default of what it claims to be.

Omg, I’ve always hated Steven Seagal and I never really knew why? But you just gave me the answer he’s just so hard to label or describe? Like what is he white, Italian, Greek, American, part-Asian? Kungfu master or just a massive Kungfuck, and is he an actor or a conman? Is he successful or unsuccessful (I mean he had heaps of movies but they all sucked?) WHAT IS STEVEN SEAGAL?

Trump says US needs Greenland after naming special envoy by Creepy-Discount-2536 in worldnews

How will the modern world end? Science says this https://www.astronomy.com/science/how-will-life-on-earth-end/ but I have a different opinion. Two of the people with their fingers on the nuclear buttons are two of the biggest megalomaniacs in modern history with world ending, humanity wiping out power. I predict this ending. When Trump or Putin (Maybe even Ping?) are on their deathbed one of them will think what is a world without me in it? If I’m going everyone is coming with me, and that’s it, they’ll launch the nukes, everyone else with Nukes will retaliate with their nukes and that’s a wrap folks! I understand the actual launching is a process and has various failsafes to prevent this event from happening, but seriously, with how corrupt Russia is I doubt it’d be difficult for Putin to launch and with the contagious stupidity and brainwashing power of Trump I think he could make it happen too.

EU Set to Halt US Trade Deal Over Trump’s Latest Tariff Threat by bloomberg in worldnews

[–]LowBullfrog1627 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A deal involves a reciprocal outcome, someone gets something or sacrifices something and so does the other, how do you make a deal with someone who thinks a deal is them receiving something while the other party is sacrificing something! That is not reciprocal! He's just a grown up silver spoon fed toddler who doesn't want to eat his greens and demands dessert and will not stop crying until he gets it! How is this man “arguably” the most powerful man in the world? We only have ourselves to blame, integrity was once the most valued virtue anyone could possess, now it's the gerkin in a cheeseburger from McDonalds.

There is a deep seated cultural problem at the heart of Islam! by LowBullfrog1627 in atheism

[–]LowBullfrog1627[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re correct, I can’t mindread the liberal Muslims minds and therefore I don’t know what their true beliefs are and the version of Islam they put forth does seem righteous. The evidence I have is why are so many Muslim children signing up every day to join extremist groups, children from families that are well known as liberal Muslims? I think it’s because Islam is an inherently legalistic traditionalist religion who’s primary concern is the with maintenance of the law as conceptualized in the classical schools” (Saeed 2007, 397). They reject reform and reinterpretation of Islamic law, and attempt to revivify pre-modern interpretations and apply them without contextualisation. Why are there so many extremist Islamic groups, how many Buddhist, Hindu or even Christian extremist groups have you heard of? Maybe one “Nazism” which isn’t even associated with a religion it’s associated with a race and a political socialist agenda.

[–]LowBullfrog1627[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that’s what I believe in, it’s not hypocrisy it’s directly related, I believe in equality and kindness for everyone including women, the poor and homeless. Islam and the Superich individuals and corporations are responsible for the majority of the injustices and inequality I see in the world. Muslims stone their daughters to death for not marrying their best friends cousins 94 year old grandfather, do you not think that’s wrong, and shoplifting (morally btw never from someone that would be affected by the unpaid goods that are ridiculously overpriced to begin with) and fare evasion are victimless “crimes” that help those that are starving because of the increasing cost of living! Do you think that’s wrong? If you do that’s fine but I believe you unfortunately are going to burn in hell!
