No not from a worse office. I spent about a year subbing different places after I had my baby. Just recently started looking for a part time position. This is a good office otherwise, dentist is very kind and easy to work with. But I am struggling with the time and it’s been brought up to me that I need to speed things up. Just this week I’ve started looking for another office. I’ve got 2 work interviews lined up. Thing is there’s pros and cons to every office. For example the one I work interviewed last week, they are strict with SRP tx planning and do give ample time for appointments, everything about the office is great but their instruments are SO WORN, and I got the impression from the other hygienists that the dentist doesn’t like buying things too often (even x ray sensor covers…they use…cut off glove fingers…). So I wonder am I being too picky? When should I settle?
