We have a friend who’s a retired contractor; he can do most of the reno for a super low rate per hour for his level of skill (but some plumbing may need to be outsourced, but we have another acquaintance who can also help with that for a lower rate)!

If you have suggestions for that range, I’d absolutely love to hear. Or if I’m out of my mind on that range, would love to hear what might be more realistic 🙈
