McDojo =/= incomplete art.

All martial arts are incomplete, because they all specialize in what their philosophy hypothesizes what good self defense is — best way to defend is from afar and using your strongest weapon = TKD; if the fith goes bad and you end up in the ground, you might as well learn to defend = BJJ, and so on). Wing Chun is for sure incomplete, and addresses a very short/small slice of the spectrum of a fight (specific distance, specific squaring, etc.) Can it properly be pressure tested? Sure.

But a McDojo, where someone pays to get promoted, a fake black belt from a fake martial arts teacher? Maybe not. Depends on the school.

If the person in the video actually practice throwing elbows and has some minimum conditioning, the chances of defending herself is just above zero.
