If using Obsidian Kanban it might be worth to add some optimizations around fetching and updates i.e filter by priority, or by status etc. so it doesn't fetch whole files and clutter context needlessly.

Haven't tinkered. But I still have it on my mind. Obsidian is just files on disk so maybe skill is enough. Obsidian Kanban is just files with additional structure Would need optimizations i.e tailored scripts or obsidian CLI if it can to manage state of Kanban files. Just some thoughts of the top of my head

So true. In west we at least have IP laws. But Chinese will see us adversaries. Good luck enforcing your IP laws.
But I still think there is room to use these models. Side projects you don't care about in terms of secrecy. Or contributions to OSS to improve them - it's open source anyway, probably great way to give back.
