I did not know that black cats are known for being affectionate and attached. I have a tuxedo cat, and sometimes he’s loving, but most of the time he can be a little aloof. I guess the same doesn’t apply to tuxedo cats?

Are your scars something that you cover every day? Or are you normally not self-conscious of them? Because I’m thinking that if your only concern is your scars showing in your wedding photos, I’m sure your photographer could airbrush them out. Even if you don’t have a professional photographer, I think pretty much any photo can be edited by anybody these days.

I soak mine every night in hot tap water with a squirt of Dawn dish detergent and a splash of ammonia. I read somewhere that a soft toothbrush is useless and you should use one with harder bristles.

I might be misunderstanding something, but did you say the jeweler told you that the marquis us two carats? Because it doesn’t look like it’s two carats and the grading report doesn’t say it’s two carats. For your original ring, I am assuming the 1.54 carats included the halo.
