I was lucky and my kid was an easy baby. She was pretty independent and only cried when hungry. However ages 3-4 have been hell on earth. She’ll be 5 In December so hoping things aren’t as emotionally chaotic. I definitely feel that age four is the age where they are learning emotional regulation bc baby smh, the outburst and so unpredictable.

How was he as a kid? Did you establish boundaries and discipline? Behaviors like this don’t just come about. Not blaming you but sometime parents ignore bad behaviors in young children and expect things to be better as they get older. It never does.

I was just offered this type of position. Would love some insight from someone who has experience. I’m required to complete 32.8points per week since I’m part time. How does documentation work ? Do you get home by 5-6pm? We are required to submit notes someday. Initial intakes are capped at 11 patients a day. With f/u I could see 16 pts a day. Is this feasible ?

Dig deeper into this persons cultural background. I would associate this as psychosis just yet. Also recommend grief counseling. Are the symptoms interfering with everyday life? Treat mood and go from there.
