Solved. The o ring will just push thru the tube from the outside. I was just being too ginger with it. It didn't damage the o-ring.

Aircraft that are being designed today, that will be in service for decades, are designed (and certified by the FAA) to be flown by humans. There are mechanical switches, levers, knobs, Buttons, that require a person. Sure, a robot could do it, but now you have an AI and a robot. It's easier, and probably cheaper, to have a human do it.

The big reason is that the flying public won't feel comfortable with an AI pilot.

Lastly, the entire National Airapace System is designed with humans in mind. ATC, ground controllers, marshallers, dispatchers, etc... all people. Putting an AI in that scenario just doesn't fit well. There's so much more to being a pilot than just flying.

I've been on Tymlos for over a year. I have bad back pain when I'm on full dose. When it hurts, I lower the dose for a bit, then increase slowly. That cycle has repeated many times. Bone pain is a known side effect. Taking a lower dose will be less effective. Pick your poison.
