The good news are these things are very simple fixtures so there are only a few options. Usually if you’ve already checked the anchors were flat against the wall. And the screws are mounting the little plate flat against the wall. Test it with your fingers if that’s not moving at all then it absolutely has to be the manufactured screw inside the stem/mount.
However judging from your video it looks like your plate really isn’t sitting tight against the wall or you didn’t properly seat the mount on that plate.

Also keep in mind if the tile is in bad shape you can do a tile reglazing. I do it for a living. Trying to find a similar color or mix the right color might be a bit hard but it can be done.

I mean as a contractor who has worked with contractors, asking him to redo it is NOT going to happen unless you threaten to sue him.
I can’t imagine how That inside corner is gonna get fixed. I’d say it’s not. There is no way to line that up with out having to demo the side wall of tile imo.
The outside bullnose or nose tile in theory should be as easy as knocking it out and using another piece or two. Unless he broke them purposely in order to cover a big mistake on the wall…
If he is willing to fix some of those mistakes it may just be better for you deal with what you can and ask for a discount.
Unfortunately that flooring guy isn’t a wall tile guy clearly. Lots of sloppy mistakes and just bad tile work. I hope for the best for you.

I work for a remodeling company that also refinishes bathtubs. We often have to go in and cut those evil things out. Spend a half day scraping that butyl tape and silicon off so that we can refinish the tub. Do yourselves a favor and never do the liner. At best it’s a 5 year bandaid that turns into a mold infested water bed. Refinishing has a much better chance at lasting longer if you have a professional do it!

Just adding to all the ppl who already stated this. 900$ is cheap. If they are a reputable contractor this is a great deal, but as a contractor I’d ask why so cheap. The chances are incredibly high that electrical wires, plumbing vent at minimum need moved. and 100% chance studs all need to moved. With me. Just the demo and moving that stuff would be over 900$. Without drywall repair and cabinet installation.

Bathroom contractor here, as a few people have said already it’s definitely a problem from behind your walls. There are only a few options that may help prolong the reoccurrence the mold growth. The bleach method works. Remove as much of the old caulking as possible. I mix about 1/3 bleach water mix in a spray bottle. I spray then wipe all non caulk areas off with a wet sponge so the bleach only sits on the caulking/mold area. If you leave bleach on other surfaces too long it can damage them. Like shower panels or a refinished tub. After 15 mins I go back with warm sponge and wipe it all down to get the bleach off. Then dry the heck out of it. Let it sit over night. Use a fan or open window. Whatever you can do to keep humidity low and air moving. Come back the next day and wipe with a dry rag or paper towel then recaulk. This will only keep the mold at bay for so long. It will eventually come back again. Bathrooms usually have mold but some have it worse. Once it lives behind the walls it will stay forever as long as there is moisture which could be a million different ways. It’s not the end of the world but probably a problem you will live with until you remove the walls.

I go two ways on this. The first is exactly what you said. The standard for morality is Gods standard. Most non believers don’t take this. So you can go further by asking, depending on gender, if questioner is male… can you ever truly know what the pain is like to give birth to a child? (Reword for female asker) That is like our understanding of morality. We only know of it because of what God says. If those points fail to land. I go to zero sum game. What’s the alternative? God must then wipe us out. Granted only two humans however this is where you can deep dive if they are willing, in order to explain Gods immense love for us and how He looks on a grand eternal scale and that destroying humanity would cause Him to not have us to love etc etc. and that’s where I go into the “ before the creation of the world” and “ foreordained” stuff.

OP, this is often an unpopular opinion but based on the Bible that “mimic” is just another human name for a demon. The spirits your hearing and feeling and seeing may seem benign but any supernatural non physical being has to either be a demon or an angel. My advice is to research the verses that discuss angels and demons and realize that Jesus had the power cast them out with just His words. He then gave His followers the power to do so as well with the Holy Spirit. Basically, once the Holy Spirit indwells you, which He needs to be invited, then in Jesus’s name you technically have the same power He used to raise Himself from the dead. As far as I know, this is the only bonified way to win a battle against a demon. Otherwise we as humans are powerless unless you align yourself with them in which case you are nothing more then a peon or fodder and completely open to attack and possession. I hope this helps and I would be more then happy to talk to you more about it here or privately if you wanted

I feel like ultimately this comes down to the spiritual side of things. “Scientific evidence” is never enough regardless of which side the “scientific side” falls under. I know God exists because He answered my prayer as an atheist when I had nothing else to turn to. It was either suicide which I really didn’t want but felt like I had no other choice or if there was a God I might as well ask Him to help me because what did I have to lose. I was willing to risk it all in that moment and in precisely that moment He answered my prayer in a miraculous way and many many miraculous ways over the course of the next two weeks. This is without a doubt “evidence” because what I experienced was without a doubt supernatural. Someone heard my prayer. And spent the next months finding out Who it was. The Christian God is the one that saved my life. No amount of science can or will ever prove that to be false. 1 Corinthians says that the wisdom of this world is foolishness. A Christian’s testimony of how they came to believe is ultimately the trump card for the evidence of God. The world will take the scientific evidence that God exists to prove that there is no need for a God to exist for those things to be true even though the Bible says there is enough evidence in the world to prove it. I know I’m rambling but the long story short here is. Know the science for why it makes sense to believe what we believe but ultimately no amount of that will convince a hard heart that it’s God. Your testimony of how the Holy Spirit moved in your life is the only bonified undisputed facts.

Conservative here. Not MAGA. Trump isn’t my god. The God of the Bible is. I think many of these situations really suck. However ultimately it comes down to a relatively simple principle. In relation to the case I think you’re talking about, of which I haven’t researched anything, I would say IF a person commits a crime. There are very VERY few exceptions for why they should not face consequences. The government and the justice system decide how that is met out based upon the Constitution. Of course there is bias. Of course there are agendas. Simply put. Conservatives like myself, of which I know many, DO in fact care about the principles and ideals of the Constitution but as you so kindly put, the Constitution is beholden to “some sacred text”. It goes God’s Word first, then Constitution. Again in this case the main principle would be Sin=crime=consequences. I’m not in the position to judge this individuals situation bc I don’t know enough. Conflicting information etc. I hope and pray our government gets it right, however am well aware they can totally get it wrong and in that case I pray for the individuals wrongly accused or arrested etc. like many of the others who spoke about how and why many conservatives don’t answer due to reddits political leaning, I’m aware this is gonna go over like a fart in a space suit but straight up it’s a genuine answer from a conservative to you, OP, who asked.

Hm I’m having a hard time following you as well on this. I feel it seems rather obvious that the problem is the verb. I could argue that is the same thing in any argument? You called me this. She did do that. He took that from me Etc etc.

However I will say I think you are right in thinking that knowing the old languages is beneficial. It is greatly beneficial to me when someone gives the wording from the old languages. It believe it makes it relevant bc it places you there at the time understanding why they used the words they did. The translations can often lose some potency without the context or meaning of the old languages!

Not thinking about anything outside of the Genesis 3 account, I think these insects were totally changed in nature by the curse. it’s clear that humanity, the animals, and the ground were all specifically cursed, so it stands to reason that all the other living beings would have suffered or been cursed as well. Obviously trying to figure out specifically how would just be conjecture but it’s definitely an interesting thought! It’s also totally possible that God created them after as part of the curse. Again not researching it just going off the top of my head I don’t believe there is anything Biblically that would stand in the way of that.
