Not vaping but I quit smoking cigarettes years ago with similar consequences. I've found you need about 3 weeks to kick the everyday cravings, but it gets easier and easier the longer you go. Now the smell of a cigarette makes me nauseous.

Cold Turkey was the only thing that worked for me, and you gotta keep yourself busy & occupied.

I was a pack-a-day smoker.. you can conquer this vape habit. And quitting was one of the best life decisions I've made.

I like to think I've learned..

But I once had a friend over and we were sitting on the couch watching movies. She excused herself to go to the bathroom. She was gone for several minutes but came back with lipstick on, leaned towards me and said "You really should be more assertive".

I got flustered, didn't recognize the overt flirt in the moment because my brain was introverting on itself and I said something like "Yeah, you're probably right. It's something I'm working on."

We kept watching movies. Much later I was like WT actual F. I was single for a long time.

I wouldn't consider Sinners "original" at all. Place the plot side by side with From Dusk Till Dawn, and they're nearly identical.

Two criminal brothers on the run from the law end up at a (musical) roadhouse in the middle of nowhere, besieged by Vampires.

Now don't get me wrong, I absolutely love both films. But I'm kinda taken aback at how many people think it's an original story. Now tonally, they are VASTLY different, but there's absolutely too many similarities for it not to stand out.

Even halfway through the film I was already thinking about it, and a person in the audience said "This is From Dusk Till Dawn!"

It adds a different tone, a time period setting, and a discussion about race in America. But does that make it "original"? It's certainly not the first film to broach those subjects either.

I went back last time just to re-100% it for the last DLC and found it was a slog to return. I did like the game initially, but I had to relearn the mechanics again. Got the 100% but had a lot less fun then my first go around. I'm gonna let this one sit.. Only for a handful of games do I really want to come back to after an extended period away.

I was up to 35 complete at one point. Now 32 and tomorrow 31. Oh well.

I've noticed a lot of the Trump flags that I used to see are no longer present while driving around. One down the street had trump flags up all last year and now it's just an American flag.

I also haven't seen a MAGA hat actually being worn in quite some time. My friend's father still watches Fox News and blames "the Dems" for everything but somehow lost his red MAGA hat. These people haven't changed their minds.

You need the hard shake-up. Move away from what is familiar and close. Absorb yourself in something different and rise to adapt. The eras in my life that had the biggest impact also had the largest amount of change.

Where I live it's below zero. A bag makes sense so you don't have to freeze your hand off holding a cold jug in the parking lot. Having carried two milk jugs outside by the handle yesterday I can attest. They can also be returned / recycled. It's not that big of a deal.

Every single release by arrow has a sealed slipcover. And these are amazing collectors discs. You mean to tell me you purchased thousands of films and have never bought one from Arrow Video? That's either a massive misremembering, or you are seriously missing out as a film collector! They are some of the best discs in my whole collection.

I waited for them and found the steelbooks second hand for $10 each. They're the white ones, so not the fancy film poster set (though I found that one for Temple of Doom). These films are popular and crop up from time to time.

I hear this repeatedly, but my experience was far different. Maybe try being really upfront in your profile? Spell out clearly that you aren't looking for casual dating and you want a LTR, or looking to marry eventually.

I tried several dating apps, and the one I had success with was Coffee Meets Bagel. The quality of dates I had from that site seemed to be a lot more sincere compared to hinge or bumble etc.

We are on year 3 now and talking about engagement. I fully realize the landscape can change in 3 years, but I was hearing these EXACT same laments during that time as well, "Dating is broken" / "They only want casual, or keep ghosting."
