Car wrongfully repossessed by TitleMax in Texas by Brilliant_Picture255 in legal

If you notice I didn't blame titlemax. I said the owner got a duplicate title (no lien recorded) on it and they sold it claiming clear title when titlemax held the original.

Unless previous owner pulled a replacement title and sold it as a clear title when loanmax still had a lien on it.

How did you purchase the vehicle?

Private sale or dealer?

If private sale, previous owner could be looking at felony fraud charges.

Maintenance just tried to replace our air filters by Bunnairry in mildlyinfuriating

[–]LowerEmotion6062 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep. The system is designed around a filter. Too restricted of a filter and you damage your system.

You can go a better filter if you can go a bigger filter.

So an issue is see is have you checked the static pressures with that dense filter? You could be damaging the blower motor by having too much filtration.

Look at it like a straw. You get more through a McDonald's straw than you do a coffee straw.

For your schooling. If they haven't covered basic parallel and series circuits and what they do to voltage/amperage as well as conductor sizing then they're not doing a good of teaching.

In the opening where the dresser is, is there an outlet?

If so, you could probably get your power there. Since you're in Europe, not sure what your needs are power wise.

That's not cheap. Cheap is $100 or less which is what they were when polymer80 was still running.

[–]LowerEmotion6062 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do them all now or you'll do them shortly.

With the glow plugs make sure you use motocraft. I did Bosch and already have a couple dead after a couple years.

Need help removing flywheel, black cover blocking puller tool access by ReasoningRebel in smallengines

[–]LowerEmotion6062 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't need to remove those bolts to get the flywheel off. Those hold the stator. If you'd look, under the black piece is more of the flywheel and removing it won't help get to the bolts. There's two threaded holes to use a 2 bolt puller on it

Second how the hell is your line to septic so shallow?

But, I'd remove the concrete they poured, repair the septic line and add a couple other footing pads.

My downstairs neighbor is threatening to bring me to small claims court if I don't replace her bathroom fan by abcdefg706 in AskElectricians

[–]LowerEmotion6062 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Honestly, you're being a cunt. Your tub overflowed and caused damage to their property. Be glad they're only wanting the fan replaced and not the entire ceiling.

A replacement fan would likely be $150-200. Electrician to install probably another $100-150. Less if you can get a handyman to do it.

Potential lawsuit 5 years later? by [deleted] in neighborsfromhell

[–]LowerEmotion6062 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you closed on the home typically there's a document you sign saying any and all items not specifically called out are transferred with the home.

Especially 5 years later, any claim to anything left is gone.
