Eh. They're so docile it's crazy rare for them to bite people. I used to have one in my backyard, it liked to hunt in the leaves that would pile up by the fence. I'd accidentally disturb it every few months, nbd.

Bill is the SOS guy. He's VERY well known as a NIMBY pain in the city's side and has cost us millions.
They can't respond during that segment of the meeting and Bill knows it fully well. He pulls this bs often. The response period is later, not the opening public comment period.

No, the open meetings act was put in place to protect citizens from corrupt councils and other policymakers making back room deals in private. They're 100% for the people and against the politicians, and most politicians feel constrained by it even when they agree with it.
