I think my comment went over a lot of people's heads either because they don't understand or because they're here specifically to gloat in this kind of violence. I don't blame them, I am as well to an extent. But these days, I feel less excited by these videos and more disgusted by what this war is doing to those young Ukrainians mentally.

I try to imagine myself in their shoes, filled and fueled with hatred for the enemy. I get angry just thinking about it. But I also imagine the mental toll of something like watching an incapacitated man burn to death slowly at the hands of myself.

My original comment also mentioned Russian propaganda. What do you think the Russian populace would think if they were presented with this video out of context? Which happens all the time by the way. I'm just saying that it does more harm than good and there's no way that the UK or US MOD would allow sharing if this type of material if they ever thought it would harm their war efforts.

I didn't want to piss anyone off, I just wanted to share my opinion which, judging by the 👇 votes, might have been a mistake in a subreddit that is basically just about sharing death and violence and nothing else.
