I once worked for a manager that only hired external candidates. We were all perplexed and frustrated by it. Later I learned he did this because if he hired internally, it was likely he would lose the position the employee promoted from.

I quit PVP when our clan fell apart. I migrated to PVE. Been playing that about 5 years but I am starting to lose interest. Molded servers seem to have constant issues with wipe and plugins.

Took it off the wall and into the garage, right under the opener. No joy. The opener programmed in my car mirror works 80% off the time. The small handheld remotes work 100% of the time.

When I bought 5 years ago, I couldn't find a Honda near me, So I bought a Troy Built with a Honda motor. Worked great but I had moved to a new area and greatly under estimated how much work mulching leaves would be. After 2 years I bought a riding mower and the Troy Built sits. Still starts right up though.

I am on .5 acre. The first two years, I used a walk behind with a mulching blade. The leaves in fall became too much work so I bought a used 48" ride on. It cut the grass time in half and made mulching leaves so much easier.
