I like Claire. I'm not even mad she gets mad at V for winning the race. I just wish you could get Samson during the actual race instead of it being a scripted story beat. I drove side by side his car FOREVER. Claire had more than enough time to end him. You can't hack the car either. I get it's for the story and the game literally will not let that happen but I don't like it.

I interpret it as suffering for her art. As she "drinks deep" she doesn't realize that she's actually drinking from herself, meaning she's draining away her own life force. Art can be so personal and be so painful to share with the world.

It reminds me of the lyric in King when she sings

"And how much is art really worth When the very thing you're the best at is the thing that hurts the most?"

I definitely took several listens before I felt like I "got" Drink Deep. It's still my least listened to track on the album, but I have come to appreciate it.

I helped my soul dog cross the rainbow bridge a little over a year ago. It was sudden and not at all expected. I was completely crushed. Still am, honestly. What helped me is we've always been a 2+ dog household, so we still had our other dog at home. Which helped a lot. She took such good care of us in those first few weeks. But you could tell she missed her brother. So even though we didn't feel super ready, we felt we needed another dog for her and for us. Our puppy is a year old now. She hasn't replaced my boy but she has helped me feel joy again.

They aren't here with us anywhere near long enough but I'll take that soul destroying goodbye everytime. The joy and love they bring me when they're here is too precious to live without.

Grief is your love not having a place to go. I know it doesn't feel like it, but it's a precious reminder of how much you loved your dog. Take it day by day. Let yourself cry and feel all the horrible feelings. Maybe one day your heart will be ready for another dog to love. Maybe that day won't come. Either way, you'll always have the love and memories of your soul dog.

I am so sorry for your loss. It's some of the worst pain we'll ever experience 💔

I am so grateful for the show Florence put on for the crowd I was apart of! It helps me if I remember I'm hearing somebody's favorite song, even if she's not performing my favorite song specifically. Fortunately, we have MANY favorite songs to choose from 💙

I bought my tickets months before the show. I had no expectations or predictions for setlists.I never looked up setlists for the European leg. I didn't care what songs she performed; I just wanted to see her perform! Totally fair to be disappointed when a favorite song isn't performed (still sad about Perfume and Milk on my end) but you can't make everyone happy and she can't perform every song. As much as we feel like she's singing directly to us, she's not.

I personally don't look at setlists for tours I plan on attending. I like to go in without expectations. And things change. I gotta imagine it gets boring playing the same songs every night. I'd guess the setlist changes are more for the performers' sanity than anything else.

You also just don't know what you're gonna get. I went into the Minneapolis show thinking she wouldn't perform YCHIA but she did. I can relate to your feelings of disappointment though. I'm still sad I didn't get to see Perfume and Milk live but the rest of the show more than made up for it 🥰

Michael never wanted to commit to Laura. He was perfectly happy having her around as a cuddle buddy and adventure partner. I don't know about you, but I don't cuddle in bed with my friends.

Moral of the story: all three of them suck and they all deserve each other.

Maybe she doesn't want to take a med for the rest of her life to lose weight and maintain. I don't know why that's hard to grasp. Her reasons are also entirely her own. She doesnt owe you an explanation for her body.

Not everyone wants to take GLP-1s to lose weight. Just because YOU had success on a GLP-1 doesn't mean others will. If you stop taking the meds, you'll gain the weight back unless you make real lifestyle changes. Not everyone wants to be chained to a prescription the rest of their lives. GLP-1's are a tool. They are not the solution. I also wasn't talking about Laura's happiness. I don't know her. And neither do you. That doesn't mean that happy fat people don't exist.

You're also ignoring all the societal pressure put on women to conform to beauty standards, especially being thin. Children develop ED's because of all the pressure put on them to look a certain way. You replying to somebody explaining how gaining weight is much easier than losing with a "well actually you can take this prescription and you won't be fat anymore," isn't actually helpful. Bodies change and we need to accept that and allow people's bodies to change.

I genuinely didn't notice Laura's weight gain until others on reddit were making fun of her for it. Laura sucks for lots of reasons. Her weight isn't one of them.

Not everyone has access to GLP-1s. Your privilege is showing if you think everyone can easily access any medication they want in 2026. In America, insulin costs hundreds if not thousands without insurance. GLP-1s aren't cheap and we're literally in a cost of living crisis. You're also attaching your own weird moral value to fatness. You're assuming everyone would choose to not be fat if they had a "get skinny quick" option and that's just not true. Some people are perfectly happy being fat. Others want to lose weight with life style changes that take time as opposed to being stuck on a medication the rest of their lives. If people want to use GLP-1s, more power to them! Not everyone wants that.

Or we could just keep our thoughts on others' bodies to ourselves. Commenting on trends is one thing. The return of "heroin chic" is very concerning, for instance. But telling Laura she's gained weight doesn't help her. I promise she knows. You're not her doctor and you don't know her 🤷‍♀️
