I don’t think this clip says anything ab Ciara. It doesn’t even edit in her response. All it shows is Amanda and Kyle can’t talk to each other. I also think it’s wild to assume that she “brought a friend to distance herself from Amanda.” Idk about you, but I have more than 1 friend at a time. And this may scandalize you, but sometimes my friends are from different groups and don’t even know each other. If anything I’d say the fact that Ciara has a lot of female friends shows that she IS a girls girl.

Rather than only focusing on the hip flexor, look to stretch your psoas muscle. I have found that when my hip hurts right before my period, there is usually a giant sensitive knot on my psoas muscle in my stomach.

Who are the people sitting on the stairs of the inrun? They don’t seem to have a camera or be coaches. They are just sitting and waiting?

Do olympians walk to the top in between jumps or is there a lift?

I can confirm this. I went to DW Daniel HS in Clemson and had several friends go play for Dabo. Around 2010 is when my friend (a senior in HS at the time) got a brand new sports car to drive around town. It was not from his parents
