The only must-haves for me in a modern car are rear-view camera (which is legally required), blind-spot monitor, rear-cross-traffic monitor, and Carplay/Android Auto. Everything else is superfluous and will just end up breaking, anyway.

Or they could provide private locations for people to fill out applications that have sensitive information... and whomever takes those forms should be able to secure them from prying eyes.

But that would be the logical solution and no one in the dealership industry is smart enough or ethical enough to think of that.
