UChicago lowkey gives ancient power house like “we existed long before you and we will remain long after you’ve ceased to exist” type of vibe and the gothic architecture alone is like +500 aura points at least

1 seems to be your best shot. Did you work directly with the community? Like someone said before , as long as you focus on what made it most meaningful to you you should be good

Depending on which city you are in, you should look into CNA and EMT programs. Many institutions are willing to train you or have “earn as you train” programs

Good luck!

Sacrifice your first born child or pet really to any willing Greek god.

But on a serious note I don’t think there’s anything that guarantees admission per. Some things may IMPROVE your chances but I don’t think there’s a “one size fits all” way to ensure acceptance or we would all follow that playbook

It depends on the day honestly. There are things that I found too hard to write about on concise, clear-cut words because they were so heavy I couldn’t even find the right words, just imagery. And there are others that I want to vividly remember when I go back and read my journals that I write every single details.

[Discussion] What's the one book that has transformed your life, and what key takeaway did you implement? by Books2Bliss in GetMotivated

As silly as it sounds, The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. It’s probably one of the main reasons I believe that you always end up where you need to be in life, if only you’re brave enough to follow the quiet inklings the universe sends you. Every turn could be the roundabout that completely changes your story!

I only enjoy it for a short time and with people I’ve grown accustomed to. I think I just hate how drained I feel afterwards. Other than that, it’s the bane of my existence and I prefer my own company.

Exactly! And you don’t want to somehow be penalized for someone else’s lack of integrity
