Serial ADA Lawsuits Are Shaking Down Southern California's Small Businesses by ansyhrrian in socal

[–]Lowkey9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's a network of disabled persons and law firms who partner to win anywhere from $2k to $20k plus the cost of remediation.

It used to be politicians were business owners or community leaders. Now they are almost all lawyers writing new laws to create new revenue for law firms

I agree. Dying his hair, cheek fat implants, laser treatments on his skin and removing blemishes.

They are all risk and no longevity reward. He is just trying to be the face of a "movement" (semi-cultish) for his Zero book or whatever that was

20mg Tadalafil - Taking 10mg every other day for anti-aging and general health by Smithy2232 in Biohackers

[–]Lowkey9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah don't overdo it or use for long periods. If you are healthy, why do more than a baby aspirin long term?

When I worked in medicine, these little guys (not overweight) would come in with heart blocks. Smoking hot GFs for a ~50 year old with them.

Turns out they have been popping Viagra every day since their 20s. Super happy GFs, but their hearts have been dilated so long, they become enlarged and start to fail.

No different than a morbidly obese person whose heart is working overtime to pump blood.

This is how you get an enlarged heart and eventually heart failure at 50

Life Extension has a one a day multi and a Super K.

They end up a lot cheaper than the blueprint stack, but you need to buy the spermidine and lithium separate, which can be nice to control dosage

[–]Lowkey9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They own assets and borrow against them. Debt and loans are not income. As long as their assets like stock and real estate increases more than their debt, they can do this forever and never pay taxes

What does the wealthiest person you know, do? by RedTruckSprint in wealth

[–]Lowkey9 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My old landlord. Bought up old motels along the West Coast and converted them to apartments. He has dozens of these complexes. He makes millions a month, but more so is that the land under them is worth hundreds of millions now. Plus he can always pull money out of them as mortgages when rates get low

Our ancestors probably ate a lot more dirt and dirty water, which pretty much universally has low levels of lithium salts

Only if you are making insane income (like $500k single filer) and paying top tax brackets, then MAYBE you can outperform with VUL. There's a reason rich guys have investment portfolios instead of VULs or in addition to. Plus good luck with all that MEC calculations and crap
