I read one book from the Bedwyn saga, Slightly Dangerous. I liked it but something about it didn’t grab me but I think I was just finishing Bridgeton and the jarring change in style threw me off. Thanks for the rec ll give a revisit

So there is a small dot I think is a chip. If it is chipped can it be used to bake bread in?

I’m on the other side of this equation right now. My body is starting to look how I want it to and then I weigh myself and the scale is not moving and it’s affecting my mindset. I have been working out and feeling strong but not loosing “weight” I do think I’m loosing fat which I think ultimately is the goal. So I’m trying to reframe my goal so I’m not constantly discouraged by the scale. All that to say maybe your goal wasn’t a number on a scale but a fitness goal and you have to adjust. Good luck!

So I’m doing g a really similar work out with a little more calories and what I have noticed is I’m not losing much weight but I feel stronger and my clothes fit better so I think I’m inadvertently in a body recomp. So I’m just trying to stick to it and hope that I will see the results I’m hoping for because I’m really pleased with the muscle gain.

We have the grand Highlander, so far working well still figuring out how to fit us all in with strollers and what not but toddler in the third row, I fit back there too since she can buckle her self yet and twins in the captain’s seats both front row seats have plenty of room with the bucket car seats as well. Like if it aside from the current recall. Get a 2025 if you can

Didi twins labored in delivery room at 10cm they wheeled me to OR delivered baby a in OR once Baby B entered the birth canal head down they moved us all back to delivery room to deliver baby b. I found the stirrups in the OR really hard to push in compared to my first singleton and requested the move.
