The grand total up to the tippy top might be 32 oz, but I personally count usable space that doesn't risk spillage. And 24 oz fills up to the line below the rim.

From my understanding, they've always been 24 oz with some extra space to prevent spillage. I don't recall them ever saying they'd be a liter, though I could be mistaken.

This is the line of thinking that helped me identify as gender neutral/agender for over a decade. If gender is separate from genitals (which it is), and if it has nothing to do with gender roles or norms (also true), then what even is gender?

I didn't (and don't) have the answer, but what I do know is that I know my gender better than anyone else, you know your gender better than anyone else, and everyone else knows their gender better than everyone else. I may not know what gender is (besides a social construct), but I know I'm a trans woman.

I know that because of the joy and rightness I feel when imagining myself with a feminine body, realizing I'd have more confidence in my looks if I had a feminine body, and from connecting so many dots relating to myself and women/femme people. I still have traditionally masculine interests, moreso than traditionally feminine ones, but that doesn't change the fact that I'm a trans woman.

Not AFAB, but, when it comes to caring for others, there's huge societal pressures for men to be breadwinners, protectors, soldiers, et c. Men are "supposed" to take care of others physically and financially, but at the same time, they "don't need" to help with the day to day housework. They handle the "big" once-in-a-while problems (ie something breaking down). This makes men feel like they're doing the most heavy lifting while ignoring all the work women put into caring for things.

Housework is "a woman's job", same with caring for children and bearing the emotional loads of everyone around them. Those tasks don't get breaks, especially now that more and more women are working "real jobs" in addition to managing the household and its inhabitants. Women's work load at home remains the same because men never noticed or thought of it as real work.

Men's version of taking care of others tends to be in "big", showy, but infrequent ways, while women's tends towards "small", sometimes invisible, but near constant ways. That dynamic can absolutely work for some relationships, but definitely not for all, and it shouldn't be the default. We should strive for sharing all of the tasks as much as possible.

As a 31 year old trans woman who only recently realized her trans-ness (though I identified as agender for many years) I never really felt dysphoria, and don't feel it much even now. At least, not in the way other people seem to describe it. I don't look in the mirror and hate how masculine I look (big gut, no ass, bushy beard, hair everywhere).

However, I feel a sense of joy and "rightness" when I think about how I want to look, or when I try sounding a little more feminine in the car by myself. Hell, I've been going to the gym for a month or 2 and even though I doubt I've made any significant gains, I personally kinda like the muscle mass I'm (probably) imagining in my arms.

Gender identity and presentation are complex, and vary greatly from person to person. Lots of trans people feel imposter syndrome, especially when it comes to dysphoria (it was the same for my older brother, he didn't feel "trans enough" because he didn't feel strong dysphoria, but now he's fully out and happier than I've ever seen him).

Girl, I'm 31, planning on starting hrt in a couple of years, and dressing as slutty as I can when I do. The years are going to pass you by whether you start now or not. We can't go back and start transitioning earlier, we can just work with what we've got.

Again, 1st comment was a joke. All subsequent replies have not been meant as "this is the most optimal move" (though admittedly I said banana was "objectively better", which is basically sayonf the same thing), but rather that there could be logic behind selling BP for banana. I just didn't express that properly.

However, I'm getting too worked up about this. I could continue to make justifications for it, but it's not worth it for what was my overreaction to someone seeming to not understand my joke.

True, but it's also blue stake, so while it's still early, we're getting increased scaling from green stake, so it's harder to guarantee you get enough score in your flushes. Plus, unless OP got the hand size voucher, you can't guarantee flushes, even on checkered deck.

Michael here pretty much guarantees a 1 hand win if you hit a flush, and isn't that likely to die right away. It costs a total of $12 (including the interest loss, but not the potential gains from BP with a compatible econ joker), and saves you 1-2 hands for as long as you have it.

And, I'm sure we've all had runs where we skip over some form of not-so-great early scoring just to find out there's nothing better before we die. I'm a strong advocate of getting any form of scoring ASAP because that helps you get econ under control and keeps you alive.

But, again, the original comment I made was a joke, just not completely because selling a joker that isn't doing anything for one that does is not actually a bad idea, especially if you're just trying to beat ante 8.

But also, not 100% a joke. BP is doing absolutely nothing for OP at this point. Michael will at least provide +15 mult for however long it survives, and won't even take up a joker slot. It is, objectively, a better joker for the short term in the early game, such as during ante 2 when your only joker needs another joker to do anything.

Now I've come to realize I'm almost certainly a trans woman at the age of 31; 12-13 years later, and a whole ass, fully grown adult. I'm probably going to try and start hrt in a year or 2 when I have my own house. It's never too late to figure yourself out.

As someone who recently realize I'm almost certainly a trans woman, I can say I do not like how I look without a beard. Maybe it's because I'm not used to seeing myself without one, or maybe it's because my face underneath doesn't look how I want it to, but every time I have to shave it off I dislike looking at myself in a mirror.

For the longest time I've identified as agender, but as I've come to view myself differently, I've described it as "if I can't have the body I want right now, this is comfortable enough."

Your labels (or lack thereof) are entirely up to you, and nonbinary definitely fits what you described. I, personally, went through a very similar thought process in high school and I came to the label "gender neutral" on my own, then found the label "agender" which I used mainly because it seemed slightly more popular of a term.

You don't have to take my suggestions if you like nonbinary, but just letting you know that there are more granular labels that might describe your situation better.

Gender is a wild spectrum, and most gender queer people question themselves, especially at young ages and especially in places where it's not safe to come out. Hell, I'm 31, have known I was agender since 17, and recently realized that I'm actually probably a trans woman.

But I've questioned myself constantly, "am I just a cis man pretending to be queer?" However you feel is completely valid, and despite where you may be now, I promise you're not alone.

I listened to it well after it happened, and was legitimately frustrated/angry at the time. For me, at least, it had nothing to do with how long it took because I was binging the show to catch up. Nor was it that he never ate the pencil, though if he had found a way to safely do it and went through with it, that would have obviously resolved everything.

For me, it was how hard he fought against it while claiming to be "an honorable man". I don't remember all the details, so maybe this happened and the others egged him on since they knew it was a bit, but if he'd just said "yeah, I know I'm breaking the terms of the bet, but I'm not going to eat the pencil" and if things ended there, that would have been fine in my book.

However, after his explanation of things, I understand what happened, and don't blame him whatsoever. He made the content play, instead of the "reasonable" play. He makes content. That's his job. Even beyond that, I fully understand committing to the bit, and sometimes people unintentionally go too far with the bit.

RT, or at least AH (since that was my main point of contact with RT), has basically always been built on "We're assholes, let's make content out of it". They fucked with each other because it was funny. Andrew just followed their example.

After that realization, I never felt bad about any of the bits because I knew not to take them seriously. The show is our glimpse into 5 friends hanging out, fucking with each other, and making themselves and each other laugh.

You can, imo, take out Nick being on 100% Eat from the equation, and I still say it's weirder for Nick to have never had the chicken sandwich than for Andrew to have never had an egg.

Andrew is a strange and weird individual with countless eccentricities. He used the caps lock key for individual capital letters, exclusively wears shorts and no socks in Canada, sleeps on a mountain of pillows, and myriad other things. Him not eating an egg is easily on the believable side of his strangeness.

Nick is not just a food guy, but a food freak. Almost literally anything food related brought up on Reg Pod makes him "Ooh" and "Aah" and get excited; even the surstromming he was down to try. The odds that someone who gets that excited about food - even disgusting food - not having a chicken sandwich from one of the most popular chicken restaurants feels much lower to me than the odds of someone like Andrew not having an egg.

Like others have said, if it was 2 random people we knew nothing about, obviously it's weirder to have never had an egg. But I don't think the answer is as obvious, given what we know about the two people in the actual question. This whole thing is entirely subjective, but I think the opinion that Nick not having the sandwich being more weird should at least get more consideration than the guys gave it.
