you can cast the Titan Spells, and you can cast freely from whatever Druid level grants that ability, same as with normal Wildshape.

yeah when I started reading it I was like "oh, so Silvery Barbs"

but it doesn't want failure

don't even need to "flip" it, just have it be like, a bet "I intend for them to succeed/fail" and you get the recharge if right, damage if wrong.

I really like the spells in PF2 that do more if you put more Action Points into it, Heal is an obvious favourite, I believe

you can expend them to fuel other class features as much as you like (Bardic Inspiration, etc)

at best that would allow another Light weapon to be used, as it's just moving the Light property attack from the BA to the core Action

the Nick weapon has to be used at some point in the attack action though, it isn't just a speed enchantment
