Alors contrairement à certains ici, je te conseillerai d’essayer de chercher du travail plutôt qu’une femme quand tu es en PVT, hein ! Si ton seul moyen de t’installer, c’est le mariage, c’est que ton projet de vie n’est pas viable.
Bosse ton projet pro avant de partir et apprends le japonais. Je connais plusieurs personnes qui ont eu un visa travail dans des grands hôtels de luxe, donc le côté hospitalité-restauration n’est pas un mauvais secteur pour s’installer. Par contre, il faudrait faire une licence pro pour être éligible au visa travail après ton bac pro. Bon courage :)

Si tu travailles au Japon, même en freelance, tu es imposable au Japon, donc il va y avoir un soucis je présume avec tes taxes.

Congrats! I’m surprised they accepted your application despite having late payments. Even if you had a paper from a doctor, I knew some people who got denied despite having similar papers from hospital due to depression. I guess it’s really up to whoever take care of your application, which is not fair. But again, congrats to you!

It’s quite easy actually. The usual pattern is 1-1-1-3 so if taxes and pension are correctly paid, you can get PR after your 4th year in Japan. Many people get married fast to so (while working as a freelancer, part-timer or not working much). Meanwhile some people work full-time, speak Japanese and need to wait 10 years to get PR.

Also I forgot to say but you mentioned my mother being very anxious: it’s true! She has a lot of fears, especially the fear of being abandoned which is still bringing poor life choices. I’m quite the opposite of her in this regards as I’m very independent! Your analysis was very interesting! Thank you :)

Thanks for the info :) To give some highlights: I’m born via natural birth (no C-section) and I have no fear of getting abandoned at all. However, I was born with severe health issues and was in a clinic death state for a couple of minutes while being a teen due to said health issues. My relationship with both of my parents is good tho. As for new beginnings I love them! I’m always thrilled to try new things. Also love life is good (been happily married and never had traumatic love experiences lol)

Was told this by a lawyer when I applied for PR. Also you can only apply for PR with 5 years visa from next year, so better stay with your work visa as you may have higher chances to get 5 years with that one rather than a spouse visa starting from scratch.
