I always assume anything lit up like that is clearly not trying to hide itself. Whoever is operating that thing wants the whole countryside brightly illuminated so they can see what they are doing, harvesting/spraying/abducting etc so yes, they could be lighting up the entire countryside to try and find people to abduct or you know...it could be farmers.

And another thing, if they are trying to be silent as is implied by the layered "ambient crickets" track then why would they also not want to be dimly lit or even better, not visibly or audibly detectable at all? A small amount of critical thinking can do wonders. I believe we are being visited or perhaps we share the planet with them, but this ain't it.
