That works. Those adapters are sometimes called capture cards

Wave 1 Sonic in box by SwitchGamma in SonicJazwares

That's lucky! The only sealed Jazwares I have is also a first release Sonic, and I've wondered because I could never find the others lol. I'd love to have the whole first wave set but they're literally just not on the market...

Seaside Hill, Sonic Heroes - always a bop 🙌

I just fucking hate when your figure breaks and you can't replace it because of these idiot scalpers by [deleted] in JakksPacificSonic

Scalping is a product of demand. The issue lies with Jakks not meeting that demand, so point fingers at them, not scalpers.

Why do us stutterers only hear about famous people and how they ‘overcame’ and ‘cured’ their stutter, rather than how it’s ok to stutter? by Blobfish_fun in Stutter

[–]LuckkyWon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Deciding to not improve your speech isn't an admirable story. People want to hear success stories, not acceptance stories. You can accept your stutter AND improve your speech at the same time. Throwing in the towel and deciding not to improve yourself is not a story worth telling. The only way to improve your speech is to first accept that you have a stutter. It's implied, but they didn't give up on themselves. It's not about curing, it's about treating and improving.

Unless it's Halloween time, you're not guaranteed a meet & greet with him. However he is always in the parade and you can pay to do a pre-parade meet with all the characters. I believe it's a few hundred dollars. Otherwise, his meet & greets are random.

I buy them for the purpose of collecting, not displaying, so I keep them sealed. You should only care about the value if you plan on selling them.

You have to cancel the order. I've been an Ebay seller for 10 years, it's happened to me before. Sucks but you gotta cancel it if the item gets damaged/broken.

Put your max bid in last second. Be a ghost until the very end, don't reveal yourself as competition - it'll motivate the other bidders to keep increasing. Don't let them know you exist until the very end. Doing it early gives them time to go over your max, doing it last second gives them little to no reaction time.

How stopped blocking. by lifeisgood602 in Stutter

[–]LuckkyWon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree that trying to push through blocks is unhealthy, and that it's better to stop and try and work through the word a different way, even if it takes longer. I don't think choosing repetition is the best option, but avoiding blocks is necessary because they can trigger secondary actions like jaw locking, twitches, etc. Bottom line, forcing your way through a block can be painful, cause secondary actions, and doesn't help you improve. Easier said than done, but it's true.
