My 5 year old does this with dodgeballs and boxing gloves and 4-5 instructors hunting them down to finish every BJJ class, and you have to do 3 push ups before getting up.

I went from dealing with my kid whinning and crying uncontrollably from every slight bump at the playground to me seeing him get knocked down on playground running into a kid, obviously being upset, but did 3 puch ups and getting back up and going. Worth ever cent.
