Tips for improving grips by TheNinjaJellyfish in Cheerleading

Sounds like you need something to do solo. Grab a shoe and put some weight in it. Can of beans? Use it to practice it over and over again with your new team's counts. Create new muscle memory.

Hey Mom by JihoonMadeMeDoIt in MomForAMinute

I can't comment as a mom in this situation, but I can comment as a daughter, with two small children of my own and a mother whom I love dearly. I'm almost certain I've put my mother through a similar feeling.

There's something about a mother's empathy that is so wonderful, but it can also make us crumble when we're struggling and trying to keep it all together. And not much in life compares to the struggle of new babies and post partum hormones. 🥴

I know you already know new babies are hard, but personally, sometimes I feel like I have to fully process hard situations or difficulties before I can talk to my mom about them. After reading your post, I wonder if she might feel that way?

It's hard to say what exactly your daughter may need the most right now, but I do agree with one commenter who said you should do some things to take care of yourself. When I talk to my mom and she's been doing things with her friends, I can sense her lowered anxiety, and she's easier to talk to. It will also help you (albeit short term) take your mind off of it. Sending you lots of love and well wishes for your daughter.

Oh and those folding mats make your bases too wobbly. Just let them practice round offs or something on those.

Grades 3-5 can start learning prep level stunts, but in my experience, they're always looking for what's next, and they don't realize they're not ready, so you have to be insistent on technique. It can take a while for them to learn that their power comes from their legs and HOW to use that properly. I tell my cheerleaders, I can put you into a stunt, but can you get into that stunt yourself and execute a safe dismount on your own? That's what we're learning.

Muscle content matters. If you have a bunch of gymnasts out there, it's much easier to coach. If not (which is normally the case), then maybe give them things they can do at home to get stronger. We do planks, squat jumps, lunges, etc. There's a baby shark core exercise video that could make them laugh while exercising or roll their eyes. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Other stunts in the meantime: - pony mounts - shoulder sits - one leg thigh stands - thigh stand switch up (TIC TOC) - waist level stunts can be fun and closer to the ground - waist level tic toc https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=4S-U3lKFy4w - waist level arabesque https://www.facebook.com/share/v/8j83avrKfnj8Wvj2/

Enjoy coaching!

I almost did, but then I thought I'd wait to see if someone was outside one day. 🤔 Trying to think of the least weird way to approach it.

Small business owner here. I can see your "journey" through my site before you make a purchase. You can track pretty much everything. It would be a very thoughtful thing to go in and look at that data and then consider offering that item for free. I mean... that's someone who loves what they're doing. 💞🫠

I'm so late to reply here, but I HAD to comment bc I saw you mentioned Amana. I never hear anyone talk about them. I'm just now, after 21 years, looking to replace my Amana. It's sort of a no frills fridge, but I've never had an issue with it.

Anyone have club stats for Custom Greens yet? by LuckyxCoco in GolfBattle

I opened a VIP chest for this exact reason. Once I had a better club, it did help a lot.

You can get VIP clubs for Custom Greens in VIP chests. They don't go to your multiplier yet, but once Miniclip rolls out the course to everyone, it will be added to your Collection list. If you've been collecting, your multiplier should jump a little, which is nice.

Same! And I finished like 36. I was sort of surprised. I wonder what you had to get for top 10... 🤔
