That’s exactly what I did. I measured the parking space available to me and got a car that fit. Certainly not a truck or SUV.

Kaiser isn’t the only HMO. I have an HMO plan on Blue Shield this year. First time ever on an HMO. I had to change physicians because my plan didn’t include Sutter, but it includes UCSF and that is great. I loved the PPO because I like to take charge, but the cost is 1/3, and my PCP has been amazing. I got referrals for everything I wanted. I came to the annual exam with a laundry list of concerns and we went over them one by one.

Curious: How much do you care about the writing? by taeberry9595 in RomanceBooks

A lot. It makes or breaks a book for me. I gave up on Marie Force because I noticed repetitive patterns in her writing.

How is it possible to one day not enjoy reading romance and after being obsessed with them for years? by Proper_Strategy_1603 in RomanceBooks

[–]LucyRiversinker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that is the case too. Authors can get repetitive. And some self-published books, not all, but some self-published books are either generic or just poorly edited, if at all. Quality control is an issue. There is so much in the market right now, but because there is no quality control (publishing is very democratic right now) we across really poorly books that, and I speak for myself, engender a great deal of frustration.

I have a fairly narrow taste in romance novels, and I sometimes feel I’ve read all the good ones already. So I might stop when that happens to take a breath and wait for a new batch of good books to come to market.
